I Have Had My Implanon Birth Control Implant For Over

I have had my implanon birth control implant for over 3 years. I am 5'2" and 130lbs. The implant expired in april, it is now may. Can i get pregnant if i do not remove the implant? What approximately are the chances of getting pregnant? I have heard the implant can last up to 4 years. Is this true?
