I Have Had My Mirina Coil In Since November 2014.

I have had my mirina coil in since November 2014. Never been able to feel the strings before unless I had gone searching for them, today they seem to be hanging out of the vagina and vulva area. I'm really worried. I have a scratching pain inside of me.
