I Have Had My Prostate Removed And Although I Was

I have had my prostate removed and although I was told that the nerves were spared I am unable to get an erection.

I still have the urge but cannot perform.I have tried Viagra but no good.

I go to the gym regularly and am quite fit. Would Sauna help?
