I Have Had My Seasonal Allergies Flare Up In The

I have had my seasonal allergies flare up in the last 3 weeks. I do not take allergy medications. I just found a tender lump in my right armpit yesterday morning. I have also just started exercising more rigorously. I would rather not see a doctor, but if I need too I will. Is this a necessity?
