I Have Had My Tubes Tied For Almost 4 Years.

I have had my tubes tied for almost 4 years. My period is 17 days late. Clear discharge. Stomach cramping not just one side. I been having more gas throughout the last couple days. I been so tired for the past week the bags under my eyes won't go away. I'm 25years old also. I did pregnancy test for the last 8 days all negative.
