I Have Had Nausea Which Feels Motion Sickness Going On

I have had nausea which feels motion sickness going on a month now. Aa well as dry mouth with white patches in tongue , roof of mouth, and cheeks. My tongue is sour, terrible sour tasting mouth no appetite I have lost 15 pounds already. Went to ER was told I was dehydrated and becoming malnourished. It's difficult to eat because it feels like a lump in my throat and sometimes I have to try real hard just to take a deep breath which in fact I tend to get short of breath. I am weak, feel like I am about to faint and if I bend down oh my gosh he feels all the substance is coming up to my throat. I get burning and pain i. My chest , stomach and back I am now getting dark circles under my eyes and occasional dim vision.i have tried every nausea medicine known to man as well Zantac, Prilosec, omprezol . Nothing works what can you suggest to please calm this nausea down, it is a 24 hour thing and I can't take anymore
