I Have Had Nauseous And Most Of The Time Vomiting

I have had nauseous and most of the time vomiting along with it major hair lose as well. When I vomite it is usually foam or is orange and taste sour. Abdominal pain is also a problem. It is happening just about every morning. It has been happening more and more in the past 6 months. What could I be dealing with?
