I Have Had Neck Pain On The Left Side Since

I have had neck pain on the left side since august. The ear and glands under the ear and under where my tonsil is is tender. sometimes it feels like im trying to swallow my tonsil while its still connected to my throat, causing pain in the tonsil. bending forward causes the neck to hurt and my brain to feel dizzy like something in my neck gets pinched.. my blood pressure went up at this time as well. My neck has triggered a couple headaches that sent me to the er 1x because it hurt so bad. my blood work keeps showing a rise in white blood cells. They did an mri on my head and it showed some abnormalities there which sent me to the er again to have a spinal tap. My spinal fluid was elevated slightly. 18 . I was diagnosed with psuedotumor and sent home with diamox. Im not entirely sure i had a correct diagnosis. I started suffering with my neck first from bending over and feeling the stress on my neck. i dont have many headaches at all, just suffering neck, ear and tonsil, gland pain. im not currently taking the prescription, because of bad side effects. Went to get an eye exam and my eye doctor said i did not look like psuedotumor , and said i was misdiagnosed. So it has me wondering. any suggestions?
