I Have Had Neck Pain On The Right Back Side

I have had neck pain on the right back side for a month with even cracking and popping but not in the spine area. limits movement and is beginning to have an inpact on mood, concentration etc
it causes pain sometimes to go into the back of my shoulder at the neck area and sometimes pain goes up to the back of my head
