I Have Had Neck Pain Radiating To My Left Shoulder

I have had neck pain radiating to my left shoulder and down my arm to my elbow but mainly back of my neck and between upper shoulder blades. I had a fever for me of 99 as it is usually 97 and I feel flushed and hot on my face. I have tried moist heat compresses and heating pad. Doesn't help. Have slight headache. This has been going on for a week or more. I take 2 ibuprofen every 4 hours. I feel nauseous at times but haven't vomited.
