I Have Had Numbness Tingling In My Right Hand Fingers

I have had numbness tingling in my right hand fingers only fingers that feel normal are my thumb and index finger for over a year. I had a doctor do surgery on my elbow with some nerve damage he said was the cause,
The surgery was last February with no help, last nite my left hand fingers are starting to do the same thing,
any help would be greatly appreciated
