I Have Had Numerous Dull Pain At The Base Of

I have had numerous dull pain at the base of my scull on the left side in addition to having visual issues where I am not seeing an item that is right before my face. I had passed my turn off to my road twice now traveling a couple of miles before I realized what has happened. I feel that there are mis connections between my visual and cognitive matter. not sure what to do as right now I have a dull pain traveling from the left side base of my skull --traveling up my left side and landiiing in the back of my left eye.
