I Have Had Odd Symptoms For 3 Weeks. It Started

I have had odd symptoms for 3 weeks. It started with burning in my chest at my sternum, just below breasts. My chest was also somewhat tight and i was/am slightly short of breath at times. I thought maybe it was heartburn, though I don't usually get heartburn and i haven't had any reflux. It seems better with food, though worse after coffee. I thought maybe h pylori and saw a naturopath who had me do a high dose colloidal silver protocol, but that didn't make much of a difference. Now i am coughing occasionally and have a feeling in my chest as if i just went running in the cold.
