I Have Had Ongoing Fatigue And Low Grade Temp (99.9

I have had ongoing fatigue and low grade temp (99.9 to 100.1) with cough & congestion Since Thanksgiving. I was seen in urgent care and given ZPak for sinus infection/bronchitis, but this is the fourth time it's come back and have never felt 100% since Thanksgiving. I have asthma, Crohn's Disease and history of chronic bronchitis... do I need to go back in or just try to get more rest and fluids and hope it runs it's course. I haven't been well enough to get my flu shot yet.
