I Have Had Ongoing Sinus Problems Here In Florida For

I have had ongoing sinus problems here in Florida for the past several months. Sinus drainage is a problem.
I use Flonase and Allegra. Always feel sick to my stomach. I wonder if I could have some type of virus. Is there an over the counter med that might help my symptoms?
