I Have Had Over The Last 7 Months Three Epoisodes

I have had over the last 7 months three epoisodes of heart attack pains that had me in the er symptoms of shortness of breath continues,fatique, dull pain center mass of chest present Dr did echocardiogram showing minimal mitral regurgitation, mild tricupsid regurgitation and concentric lv hypertrophy is there need for me to be concern
