I Have Had Pain And Discomfort In My Right Testial

I have had pain and discomfort in my right testial with constant nuasia that makes me curl over. It has been occurring constantly for the past 3-4 months and continues to get worse. I did feel a small soft mass on the lower left side of the right testial
I am 59 years of age and in excellent shape
I have had hernias when I was younger but this pain is different.
