I Have Had Pain And Pressure In My Lower Pelvic

I have had pain and pressure in my lower pelvic area and lower back for several months now. I had a hysterectomy a year and a half ago and have no idea of what is causing the pain. When I bare down for a bowel movement or to pee it hurts. It can also ache in the vaginal area and my inner thighs at times. What can I do to figure out what is going in
