I Have Had Pain For The Past Two Days. It

I have had pain for the past two days. It is just under my ribs on my right side and its radiating around to my back. I have fibromyalgia, IBS-c, and am a breast cancer survivor of 8 years. So I'm confused because there's so many things that could be causing me this pain.
