I Have Had Pain In Lower Left Abdominal Region For

I have had pain in lower left abdominal region for a couple of days. First day was alot of discomfort like pressure and gas then the soreness set in. This was soon followed by cold chills and muscle fatigue for about 12 hours which has subsided but still very tender on my left side.
