I Have Had Pain In My Coccyx For Almost 2

I have had pain in my coccyx for almost 2 years. I had an x-ray laying down that didn't show anything. I am in agony, and am unable to sit for any length of time with out severe pain. I am wondering if there is something further that can be down to obtain a diagnosis? I also am hypermobile, and think that this could be contributing to my pain.
