I Have Had Pain In My Left Shoulder For About

I have had pain in my left shoulder for about a week and a half to two weeks now, and it hurts to lift (even the smallest things) along with just using my left arm to drive... its painful to push down, sleep on, move up down and backwards and everything else like that.. I'm not sure what to do
