I Have Had Pain In My Legs For Years. I

I have had pain in my legs for years. I am at the point of trying to diagnose myself. I have come to the conclusion it may be restless leg syndrome. I have tight muscles along with pretty much all the symptoms listed for RLS. I haven't ever seen that to be one of the symptoms. Is it possible it is RLS, or do you think I should look into another diagnoses? I have tightness in my piriformis muscles on both sides, tightness on the sides of my thighs right above my knees. and tightness in my calf going down to the inner ankle. But I have the urge to shake my legs at night. for the most part it feels like my whole leg aches, it is mostly at night or specifically if I sit or lay down for long periods of time. and also the skin crawling feeling. My doctor seems to think it is a pinched nerve. But with all the symptoms combined, I think it seems like more.
