I Have Had Pain In My Lower Left Abdomen Frothier

I have had pain in my lower left abdomen frothier days now. It is not in the surface and only appears when I change positions. I can sleep without pain but I can feel a lesser version of it when I walk. I considered appendicitis but the location seems wrong.
