I Have Had Pain In My Neck And Across My

I have had pain in my neck and across my shoulders, with a burning sensation in my back now for about 7 weeks, I was given naproxen to start with for 7 days, as it is there now constant and very uncomfortable, I have been given naprosyn 500 mg for a month, but it doesn't seem to be easing any suggestions?
