I Have Had Pain In My Pelvic Area For Over

I have had pain in my pelvic area for over a year now . I have gotten it looked at by an ultra sound . No major abnormalitys other then 2 small cyists. I also got another ultrasound and internal one as well today . Is there any other tests I should have done ?
