I Have Had Pain In My Right Elbow Joint, And

I have had pain in my right elbow joint, and weakness using that arm. This has been happening for approximately one month. When I wake up in the morning, it is extra sore and stiff. Today I noticed visible swelling, like a lump, which my other arm does not have. The pain radiates to the crook of my elbow and sometimes down the inside of my arm.
