I Have Had Pain In My Right Side Under My

I have had pain in my right side under my ribcage and along the side for 3 weeks now. I thought it was gas but it hasn't passed. I have noticed a couple of times this week that there is blood on my stool. I am scheduled for an ultrasound this week, will see a urologist and my PCP wants me to go see a gastroenterologist.
What is it that we may find?
