I Have Had Pain In The Arch Of My Foot

I have had pain in the arch of my foot for the last few days. Today I have developed a red streak for the bottom, up the interior of my arch to the top of my foot. The streak is puffy and painful to the touch. It hurts to stretch my foot or apply pressure to it. I have had no trauma to it.
