I Have Had Pain In The Upper Right Side Of

I have had pain in the upper right side of my chest and a cough for about 3 weeks. Chest pains have kind of subsided now to just a dull ach in the center of chest. Now keeps feeling like I need to clear my throat.

I have also had this stabbing pain in my left hip. Started July 2nd. Happens about 2-5 times in a half hour, then maybe again in a day or two. Truly feels like someone just stabbed me with a sharp object.
