I Have Had Pain On My Right Back Side By

I have had pain on my right back side by my ribs. Especially when I lay down on that side and when I go to get up, I can barely move, it hurts so bad. This happens all the time. I sometimes feel fullness or a swelling on the right side where there is pain. Wondering if it's my kidney or liver.
