I Have Had Pain On My Right Side Since Last

I have had pain on my right side since last October. I have had ct scan in that area but nothing found . I have had urinre sample taken I did have a infection for which I had to take antibiotics for 2 weeks. Doctors have inserted a camera from bladder but still no cause found. There is still pain on my right side. What can be the cause?
