I Have Had Pain On The Right Side Of My

I have had pain on the right side of my neck for about 2 weeks. It's located right below my right ear lobe, extending the length of my jaw ending at the right side my throat. I don't have ear pain but it does feel congested. I have see a doctor about the ear but no fluid behind the eardrum.
