I Have Had Pain Under My Chin, Where Some People

I have had pain under my chin, where some people have a double chin, for 5 days now. when i rest my chin on my hand or when i just touch it, it hurts. Sometimes when i feel under my chin, there is like a long line from the chin to the throat that is kind of popped out, and it hurts. I dont know what to do about it and if i should be concerned.
