I Have Had Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation For 3 Years. A

I have had paroxysmal atrial fibrillation for 3 years. A current episode has lasted 36 hours. I am 71 year old male, mildly obese, exercise well, symptoms include light-headedness, mild chest discomfort, occasional sweats, HR 85 - 100, BP 116/73. I take Beta blockers, warfarin, crestor, flowmax. Should I seek medical attention right now as this current episode has not converted to a normal rhythm?
