I Have Had Partial Obstruction Of Intestines (3 Surgeries In

I have had partial obstruction of intestines (3 surgeries in lifetime), had abdominoplasty (sp) in april 2015 and afterwards, bloating/the partial obstruction/ cannot tolerate much fiber in diet..... bad acid reflux. Been trying low residue diet (dr. prescribed.... also being tested for H pylori (sp)). Anyway, it seems to be getting worse...cramps/bloating/ really have to stay on soft foods... what do you think is happening?
