I Have Had Persistent Diarrhea For The Last Two Days

I have had persistent Diarrhea for the last two days going into my third day about 10 times a day every hour or so. I don't feel sick or anything but it even woke me up twice in the middle of the night. I have never had diarrhea do that. There is some discomfort right before I have to go so it is easily relieved. i'm just plain sick and tired what should I do
