I Have Had Persistent Dizziness And Tingling (and Sometimes Burning)

I have had persistent dizziness and tingling (and sometimes burning) sensation on both of my feet (balls and underside of toes) since 2007.

Since the end of 2013 the persistent dizziness has made it more difficult to balance myself, I feel like I have to make great effort not to fall (slump forward). In the past four month the big toe of my left foot also developed numbness (loss of 50% sensation) on the top and inside of the toe. Certain maneuvers of the foot will also cause a sudden stabbing pain for a short period. The balancing effort also become harder.

I have been living in torment since 2007. Any theory will be greatly appreciated!
