I have had piles for many years. I have had sclerosis injections (4 injections) in the last about 1 year and the condition has improved quite a bit. It shrunk considerably. I have no pain, no bleeding (there was slight bleeding earlier when I went in for the first sclerosis injection), no itchiness. So everything is fine except that now I have a little thing that is right at the anus opening that pops out and if I push it in it pops out again after some time. That is troubling me. What would you advice?
