I Have Had Pin Prick Feelings On My Shoulders, Back

I have had pin prick feelings on my shoulders, back of neck, back of thighs, and trunk of body. Been going on for about 36hours. I do take medication for rheumatoid arthritis however have never had this happen in two years of taking medicine. I am under much stress as of late, unusual stress. Could this be the reason?
