I Have Had Plantar Faciatis For 7 Years Had Ultrasound

I have had plantar faciatis for 7 years had ultrasound done my facia tissue should be 2.5 to 3.00 for my size bone structure but one is 7.50 other one 5.50 had shots put in both feet 3 months ago I ice every night wear ortho inserts in shoes wear orthaheel sandles in my house to not go bare footed they have ask if I would consider wearing a boot but I stand about 10 to 12 hours a day cosmetologist had lymph nodes swell up in neck and growing area for 5 days after shots could not sleep for days either I am 53 years old I am afraid if I wore a boot I would have hip problems because standing uneven need relief I also stretch my feet before getting out of bed each morning
