I Have Had Polio Since I Was Diagnosed At 5

I have had polio since I was diagnosed at 5 days old. I am now 71 and have had knee replacement both rotator cuffs replaced and no longer functional 6 other polio related surgeries and need some help because I can't exercise anymore. I was on the high school and college wrestling team and golf teams so I am p---ed
off and need help
