I Have Had Pregnancy Symptoms For Over A Month Now.

I have had pregnancy symptoms for over a month now. I got what I thought was implantation bleeding (light and pink) 5 days before my expected period. I got my period which lasted 2 days stopped one day then I got light pink bleeding the next day which lasted for less than 30 minutes. I expected my pregnancy symptoms to stop after that but they have continued. Home pregnancy test said megative, but could I still be pregnant?
