I Have Had Pretty Bad Leg And Back Pain Lately.

I have had pretty bad leg and back pain lately. I had a tissue valve implant in April of this year and also have a CRT device. My feet doesn't feel like I'm having very good circulation. Could this be part of the problem?
I have a cracked vertebrae from an automobile accident in 2004.
