I Have Had Problems On And Off For 2 Years

I have had problems on and off for 2 years being able to swallow certain foods like steak rice pork chops hamburger. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does I can't wash it down with fluids. It's like it goes down dry in a big lump, almost like you could choke
