I Have Had Problems With A Tooth Over The Last

I have had problems with a tooth over the last 2months but no swelling in my cheek, but about a month ago it started draining through my nose, real watery and green. Off and on through out it my forehead had been swelling, first about one eye, then in the middle then over the other eye. There is now no more pain from my tooth, and no more drainage but the swelling keeps rotating. Do I need to be concerned?
