I Have Had Problems With My Bottom For The Last

I have had problems with my bottom for the last 2 years. These last 2 months have been nothing but agonizing pain and discomfort. I have had hemmroids for quite some time now, after each bowel movement it burns really bad I break out into sweats and just want to cry and I'm scared to go to the bathroom bc of all the pain. I sometimes (often) can't sit right or even lay and move without it burning. I've used suppositories for the last month almost everyday aswell as extra strength preparation h and medicated wipes. I want to know what could be causing all this? IBS? inner hemmiroids? Please help
