I Have Had Psoriasis For 23 Years And Have Psoriatic

I have had psoriasis for 23 years and have psoriatic arthritis in my SI's spreading into my hips. I have multiple joint issues and within the last 5 years have started having non-epileptic seizures and sudden cramping and curling of my hands and feet. I was sent to John Hopkins and was told that the seizures are pain induced and not affecting my brain however I have issues with memory and concentration. I live in the Cumberland, MD area and am desperate to find a resolve to this. I'm not sure where to go from here or what questions to ask because there are so many issues with my body right now to pin point what is causing it or how to make it better.
