I Have Had Really Bad Morning Sickness My Whole Pregnancy

I have had really bad morning sickness my whole pregnancy and have been smoking marijuana up untill last night. I'll be 33 weeks pregnant tomorrow ( 5-3-16 ) and was wondering if I will be clean by the time I have her, if i stop completely and drink lots of water. The doctor is planing a c-section at 39 weeks.
