I Have Had Really Bad Stomach Cramping And Light Bleeding

I have had really bad stomach cramping and light bleeding that has been on and off for the past few days. I am constantly getting headaches and now back pain. my breasts feel heavier than normal. I have taken at home pregnancy tests that say negative but have a second faint line. could I be pregnant and just not have enough hcg levels?
